SECOND PUMP REPLACED (BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY) IN FOUR YEARS. FIRST REPLACED PUMP (BY OTHER COMPANY) WAS FOUND TO BE REFURBISHED RATHER THAN NEW AS PROMISED. GLENRIDGE INSTALLED NEW PUMP WHICH WE FIND MUCH SUPERIOR TO OLD.

GRAND ELECTRIC
WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. TESTED SYSTEM AND FOUND SHORT IN WIRES, WHICH HAD FRIED THE PUMP MOTOR. REPLACED ALL WIRES AND PUMP MOTOR VERY QUICKLY.

AFFORDABLE POOLS
I contacted Affordable Pools to take a look at a leaky pump. The owner, Grant, was courteous and prompt in setting up an appointment that worked with my schedule. After assessing the problem, he asked me how old the pump and motor since it was visually obvious that the system (pump & motor) was very old > 15 yrs. They told me that the pump /motor system would have to be taken to the shop to determine what specifically needed to be done and that they would contact me the next day with the assessment and estimated repair cost. I ask that they also provide me with several options - 1) repair pump & stay with the old motor, 2) repair pump & install a new motor and 3) replace pump and motor. They were timely in providing me the information and associated costs which allowed me to make a quick decision. In addition, Grant was very helpful in answering all my questions regarding the system operation and how they might improved. Bottom line, they are a great company who I would use again and recommend them to my friends

Complete Pool Services
We are very happy with the service and equipment provided by Leakfinders Inc. They came right out after our call gave us a couple of options to repair or replace our pool pump. When we decided to have the pump replaced arrangements were made when the work would be done. Their repairman came right on time started his work and completed the replacement of the pump and did great work also clean everything up. My system for my pool was over 35 yr. old, with the new pump we were able to get a $200 rebate from Edison. After the pump was installed Mike came back the very next day to give us instruction on how to program the system and how it works. The pump is a variable motor and runs on low speed when filtering your water, you think the pump is not running its so quite. JOSE IS THE BEST HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE PUMP WENT OUT, DUG IT ALL UP JUST TO HAVE A LOOK TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, HE SPENT A GOOD 2 HRS DIGGING IN THE HEAT. EXPLAINED AND SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM (OLD WIRING SHORTED OUT THE PUMP) WAS OUT THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE THE PUMP AND WIRING. LEFT HE AREA LOOKING LIKE NOTHING HAD BEEN DISTURBED. THE POOL SERVICE IS GREAT VERY RELIABLE

Our above-ground spa was not functioning properly: the heater was not working and the pump was not circulating the water frequently enough. American Spa Services set up an appointment within the week. The service provider showed up on time and discovered the spa was not working because the wiring had not been done properly upon installation: the 230 volt pump was only receiving 120 volt current. He was able to rewire the unit so the pump was supplied with the correct voltage

Raul worked very hard with his assistant to clean and refill the spa. In the process, he determined that the a pump was shot and a new one was ordered. Raul then installed the new pump. Later on he found a leak and added some liquid substance that plugged the leak.

Showed up on time & replaced the timer within ah hour. I asked him about the pump because I was told the rings needed to be replaced, he said that it was fine, it should last for a while. So far the timer & pump have been working great.

They were good. They were honest. I was having problems with my pump and they said they would check first to see if there was a problem with the capacitor and in fact, there was. So they just replaced the capacitor and the pump was working fine. They could have told me that the pump was bad and I needed a new one but they didn't. They struggled with this and worked their way up. They were very responsive

Electric Motor Repair
Our pool pump motor died with a bad bearing. I took the pump motor to their shop. They tore it down, and found a melted fan (part of the motor) and cracked impeller (part of the pump). They replaced the bearing and fan. I ordered a new impeller, screw and seal from the pool supply store. When I returned after a week, they had cleaned and repainted the motor. Then they happily installed the pump parts. Finally, they tested the motor on the bench as I watched. All in all, an excellent experience with a couple of friendly guys

PAUL'S POOL MAGIC
Both Paul and Michael came up with a game plan that corrected all of the problems. it was determined that my pump as too large horsepower and that since I had to replace the pump(17 Years) that I could go with a smaller pump and that the pump could take care of both the pool and water feature. this along with repiping the above ground pipes to go with a new filter system. After the estimate was written I expected to be told that we'll be back in 2 weeks to do the work. Nope. It turns out their large van contains every poosible part or equipment they need. Those men got to work, even though it was raining outside. Their work ethic aand deameanor was always friendly and patient despite the working conditions. It was a extreme pleasue to meet these men and I would highly recommend the
