They seemed to be nice. They did two inspections and the price was about $300, but that doesn't include what they suggested we do. There are some damages that need to be corrected, but we haven't done that yet. We don't have termites, but we have some wood rot. They do a full home inspection both exterior and interior for any kind of termite and pest control. They sent me a 10 page report for pest and organism inspection. That was like $100 and then there was the service cost. We had some sort of a little thing, which wasn't a big deal. I think it was a bat or a little mouse. So, they came out three times for that. They have now put a trap out there. That was only $165. They didn't give me any trouble when I called them back when their first spraying didn't work. They came right back when I called them. So, they stand behind what they tell you. They follow up with you well and make sure that you are happy with the job. My overall experience with them has been excellent. We found carpenter ants and did research online that it might cause wood damage, we found TermiGone through Angie's list, it is very close to our house, the inspector arrived on time, spent a quite while inside and outside, the cocnclusion was no finding of damage and no present of pests/termite, no charge for everything, We appreciated his time and professionalism, we are very impressed by his service and will certaily use their service in the futureshow more

Yamaguchi was the third estimate I got. The first two companies gave a good estimate and recommended tenting my property. I told all three companies that I was planing some construction work involving replacing red wood siding. Only Yamaguchi was candid enough to tell me that having the fumigation done now was a waste and to wait until the construction was completed. The representative came out and did a thorough inspection. He found 4 areas with drywood termites. We were told that the termite inspection fee would apply to the cost of the treatment if we chose to use Corky's. We received another inspect from a competitor but chose Corky's since we already had money invested in the process. The rep that did the inspection came out and performed the service. At the end we were charged for the full amount to our credit card. The inspection fee was not applied to the cost. I called and spoke with a service manager and was told the amount would be credited back. Almost 3 months later, the amount still has not been credited to our card. If we had known the inspection amount would not be credited to the invoice, we would have chosen the other company. The other company had a better warranty and was lower costshow more

He told us that we didn't have termites and then he spent a lot of time going over preventative measures we could take to keep it that way. I called for a termite inspection due to an area of deterioration that I saw in the wood on the front of my house. The woman who answered my call was very pleasant and able to schedule my inspection two days later. The representative showed up on time and was very professional. The deterioration was not due to termites, but wood rot. He determined that quickly and then asked if I wanted him to examine the rest of the exterior of the house. I agreed. No evidence of termites was found. Prior to leaving, the representative gave me a few suggestions about having the rotted wood replaced on the house so it wouldn't occur again.
