He cleaned the grout on the bath floor so the when the new tiles were added, you can't even tell where they were added. I had shopped many tile stores and tile contractors and I knew the tile I bought and the contractor I chose were priced extremely fair. After they initially installed the tiles in the kitchen, I noticed that some of the tiles were slightly darker than the others. Apparently Home Depot gave them the same tiles but some boxes were from different batches. I guess this was Home Depots fault? So, they removed all the tiles and installed all new tiles from the same batch. It took three weeks to finally complete the job but the tile floors look good and I am happy with the end resultshow more

Mike and his crew were extremely punctual and did their work was above average. They first removed the wooden floor and then "floated" cement prior to laying the tiles. The experience overall was great! We had a dishwasher installed, but the only way to get it in was to break up the tile around the space. This left us with ten tiles or so missing... keep in mind the tile was discontinued since this house is 1926 built. Carlos came by and told us he could get it done and find the same tile or extremely close to match. Despite all the big jobs out there, he gave me his time and helped me get this fixed ..and quickly! He told us he thought he cracked a tile and he would return and repair it by removing a tile from under the dryer, replacing it with a different tile, and using the matching tile in place of the cracked one, all at no cost to us. Helped to choose tile product and negotiated better than advertised sales price from supplier. Tile was set in an occupied space - the crew was careful to move furniture around the space as work progressed. Full demo and instillation in about a week. Concrete slab was not perfectly smooth but was able to mitigate the problem by careful laying of tile. When imperfections in the levelness of a couple of tiles were found after the install came back onsite and reinstalled. Great job and would use again in futureshow more
