I was very pleased. When I first spoke to Rick, he was in the area and went to my house to leave a quote while I was still at work. (Love a contractor who knows what to do and doesn't require me to take a afternoon off to meet them.) He left a quote with a color chart. The price was fair so I called him the next day to schedule. In the meantime, I took the color chart to the paint store and bought paint to match. I painted my eaves and they came out to install the raingutters just 2 weeks later. I had gutters and attic insulation installed. Instead of routing the glass blower through the front door they chose to go through the window (about two feet apart) and they bent the screen on the window due to lack of care (I hadn't moved in yet, house was completely renovated)They gave me a whole work order and said they would fix and they have not. they came by my home when I was not there and turned it upside down. I would not recommend since they don't stand by their work. The ones who you negotiate the contract with aren’t the ones who do the repairs. Its like they round up people who stand in front of Home Depot looking for work. I could have gone to home depot and hired those guys directly, skip the middle man. The people who you deal with do great lip service but take no accountability. Since they did write up a work order for my window and not repair it I plan to take further actionshow more

The rain gutter specialists installed our gutters and did an amzaing job, matched our trim color perfectly. We worked with Guy then and plan to have him come back to install more gutters in the back so we can collect rain water. Estimator arrived on time and was very friendly. Installer arrived on time. Notified me that I had the phone line along the beam that the gutter was to be installed. Wanted to cut the line. I refused. I asked him to remove the line and put it below the gutter. After some discussion, he finally agreed. When I came out to check his work, he was "ripping" the cord off and removing the paint. He told me it wouldn't matter since the gutter would cover the area. I asked him to staple the cord below and he said he didn't have a staple gun. I gave him one to use. It would have been nice had the estimator recommended that I move the cord. Ralph came out to my home to provide a quote for seamless gutters. He suggested I consider bonderized steel as the colors available for seamless gutters weren't a perfect match to my house and because he thought it would look better against the standing seam metal roof and because bonderized steel can be painted with regular house paint, unlike seamless gutters. Ralph provided me with a quote for both the bonderized steel gutters and for the seamless gutters. I obtained two additional quotes from two other companies who could only do seamless gutters. Ralph's quote for seamless gutters was in the middle of all three quotes and the bonderized quote was only slightly higher than the highest quote for seamless gutters. It's been 2 years now with the bonderized steel gutters and I am still as happy with them as I had been when they were installed. Going with the customized folded metal route meant that I could have gutters as tall as the fascia, creating a seamless look. I really appreciated Ralph's knowledge in this regard. He was able to understand my hesitation with the seamless gutter color options and provide me with something I didn't know was out there.
