We were having ant infestation problems and used this provider to help. The young man who helped us was polite, professional and responsive. He showed up on time and performed the service. Unfortunately, the pest control spray did not stop the ants at all, so that is the reason for a B grade. (Otherwise it would have easily been an A had the spray been effective. It was a good experience.) This being said, the young man did give us some ant killer gel and I set it aside for a few days, thinking the spray would work. When the ants remained, I tried his gel and it worked fantastically, effectively poisoning the ant colony and killing that area off in about 2-3 days. Subsequently, there were two more infestations within the next week in different areas of the townhome, so I used up the remaining ant gel and 2-3 days each and we are now 99% ant free!
