Dewey Pest Control
They sprayed around the perimeter, the roofline and in the garage. They also tried to remove a hornet’s nest. We requested that they put some netting around some open vents and remove some black widows. I think they did it about 70% well. I mean that they removed the hornets nest, the black widows, sprayed around the perimeter and the roof line, and put netting around one of the vents, however, two of the vents were still exposed and we called them and they said they would come back next week and they never came back. They also had to come back the next day after the initial spraying because they missed three hornet’s nests. They came back for that but they didn’t do the netting. We waited a week and half and we called to ask what the status was and the receptionist said they would have the person who came out call us back. We called twice and they never called us back so we cancelled our contract because we decided we did not want to deal with someone who is not going to return our calls

Surf City Termite & Pest Control
We had bees between an old wood fence and fiberglass panels screwed over the wood fence. We called SurfCity Pest Control, made a quick appt. and Fernando came out to inspect and remove the bees. He provided us with an estimate and gave us an angie's list discount of 10%, totalling $337. He removed the fiberglass panel, removed 80lbs of bee hive and a bag full of bees. About a week later, a swarm decided to come back in the same location. SurfCity Pest Control informed me that we had a 30-day warranty and sent another technician out to remove the remaining bees. No bees decided to come back. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant experience. Price, given 80lbs of hive and lots of bees, seems reasonable

Jason, Jeff and the Company performed a pest control service for rodents and small animals in my home. They were very knowledgable and thorough in every aspect of their job from inspection to sealing areas of entry to laying traps. I purchased a coupon for the service and it was honored. It went well. The technician sprayed the perimeter of the house. Inside, a strong pest bait was placed in cabinets, behind the refrigerator, and in the bathroom. He couldn't spray inside the house because the tenant did not remove food, dishes, and other items. I have two addresses on file with Angies List. The company had already scheduled the South Bay office to complete the service thinking it was in that area. I called to remind them of the address in South Los Angeles. There was no problem sending the technician out of his area. This is my "go to" pest control company. The technicians are always clean, personable, and professional

Lloyd Pest Control
We have used Lloyd's for pest control for years. They are prompt and efficient. We use them for quarterly service. They do a great job, and if we see pests shortly after their service, they always come back and take care of them. We highly recommend them. A few years ago, we had rats in our attic. They came and put traps in the attic and put new screens on all the vent holes in the attic. The technician returned a couple of days later and removed all the dead rats. All at no extra charge
