+ -1 moreFRAUD!!! This company stole our money!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We spent $1400 on a cover that came damaged, we refused it and sent it back. I filed a complaint immediately and got Kristina in customer service, if you can call it that. This woman is beyond inept, she never answered emails, refused to put me in touch with management, and then sent a new cover without even notifying us. The new covers came and were also damaged, we sent them back immediately and contacted them immediately. Now even though we have not received any product they are saying that they are not going to give us a full refund, they are keeping $1000!!! How is this not theft!!! Reporting to Better Business Bureau and warning any social media outlet I can. This company is fraudulent and they are thieves!!!

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS A SMALL LEAK WHEN WE FIRST STARTED IT UP, PROBABLY FROM THE ROUGH TRIP DOWN THE HILL. BUT THEY PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT. THEY DO USE OUTSIDE PEOPLE FOR SERVICE SO SOMETIMES GETTING QUESTIONS ANSWERED & CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT GREAT.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A LARGE HOT TUB. THEY DELIVERED IT, HAD TO BRING IT DOWN A STEEP HILL, INSTALLED IT AND SHOWED US HOW TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING.
