drain cleaning
 + -1 moreOn one hand they fixed the clogged drain, but on the other hand he gave me a quote of 250 on the phone. The quote seemed good so I didn't bother getting the quotes from the other 3 plumbers Angies List suggested. But after the 2 guys did the job, the boss that I talked to on the phone arrives and says we owe him 385 because it was more work than he anticipated (even though I told him on phone I was unable to clog with my own 25 foot snake). I tell him he already told me 250. He said that it was more work than he thought, but he would take 350. So I paid 350 and he left. But I wasn't happy that I got charged more than they had quoted me on phone.

 + 1 moreNew Touch Restoration responded to my clogged drains that caused backwash in bath and shower issue immediately. They methodically dealt with the problem from snaking the toilets to repairing the damaged sewage pipes. They treated me as a priority, every day until the issue was resolved. The workers restored my faith in a company with pride and commitment to resolve. The manager was on site to support his team and satisfy all county regulations to assure the job was done right. It is inspirational to know a company with such high ethical standards and commitment exists today. I will hire them again.

 + 0 moreOverall, they were good. They did a good job. Scheduling was a small issue. I would maybe call them again in the fall for fall clean up.
Description of Work: They used to cut my grass, landscaping and sprinkler work. I used them for about 4 years up until this summer.

 + 0 moreWe started off strong. We had some problems with the billing. They would not show for their appointment but I would get billed for it. I would have to fight these charges. The work was fine, but they did not show sometimes. This is why I no longer use their services.

 + -1 moreI have never used this company for a service, however after this interaction w/ them regarding an issue, I will never use them, nor can i recommend them w/ any sort of confidence. Also, I would never allow someone to perform services who acts the way this company does with regards to employees/resources. Absolutely never!
Description of Work: My review is based solely on interactions my husband had w/ this company regarding a company employee and van w/ his logo on it. The company owner, at the company address listed - was confrontational, belligerent, and rude! After this interaction w/ this company owner, I would NOT recommend hiring them for residential services. If I were hiring a company to work in my home, i would hope the caliber of employees would be high, trustworthy and professional. Also, professionalism should reside in the company owner as well as serve as an example to the employees. I have never used this company for a service, however after this interaction w/ them regarding an issue, I will never use them, nor can i recommend them w/ any sort of confidence. Also, I would never allow someone to perform services who acts the way this company does with regards to employees/resources. Absolutely never!

 + 0 moreThe price was really good. He let us buy our own water heater, plus what he charged was a lot less than other people. He was willing to do part of the job, and he come on a Saturday.
