I worked with West Miller of USA Home Construction on replacing my roof. Very good experience and got my roof replaced on time.

Excellent workmanship, communication, and price for the work. Started working on the roof at 6:30 am and continued until after 8:00 pm, in the dark. Were back to finish the job at 6:30 the next morning. The price of all the work was substantially less than other estimates that we had received. Now am hiring again to do additional painting, bathroom floor tiles, and outside wood repair and wrapping. All workers were extremely professional at all times.

We needed a small siding repair and were looking for a contractor to take a look at it. My neighbor recommended this company and gave me Nathan's number. He was able to stop by the next day and evaluate things. We decided to get his opinion on a few more things as we had just purchased our home. We ended up replacing the roof, the gutters and gutter screens with Nathan's crew. They also did a very complicated repair on our front porch. They had to come up with a solution to a problem and then find a way to implement it which was no picnic (Raul did an awesome job!). We were very impressed with their work and responsiveness. They are hardworking, take pride in their work, polite and courteous, They never left a mess. They are our "go to guys" if a problem occurs. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent! Troy and Tim took great care of us every step of the way, including handling insurance and meeting with adjuster. Got our roof replacement covered thanks to them! They did a great job - looks awesome - and they cleaned up after themselves and left no signs of debris or damage.

They handled all the insurance claims work, were professional, and it the end the result was good. But getting there was harder than it should have been and despite attempts to clean up they did leave quite a mess. The unexpected rain made it harder but leaving the tarp off my deck on one of the 4 days (plus the rain) caused the trex deck drain holes to become clogged from the black cinders that roof replacement leaves behind. I had to power wash each hole to clear it out -- took me almost a whole day. They did not offer to fix that. First, they delayed the start supposedly due to rain but it did not rain the day they were supposed to start or the day after. It was scheduled for 2 days for the roof, a 3rd day for the gutters and inside repairs. We had timed this to be done right before a "staycation" where we would spend a few days cleaning up after it., cleaning our screened in porch (much needed and delayed for this), and doing some yard work. Their delay messed up our staycation plans. Also, it rained unexpectedly almost every day and one day they could not get the roof covered in time yielding a new leak and ceiling damage. Had they started when promised and finished the roof in 2 days, this would have been avoided. They did repair the new inside damage promptly and professionally without question when I showed them the damage. I realize May was particularly rainy this year but they should have at least cleaned my deck properly.

They were very professional and efficient. Very happy with Ron, he was always there during the process and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

From first contact to project completion and follow-up, USA Home Construction did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to work with Lawson M. throughout the entire process. He was always very punctual and accommodating to our busy schedule. He helped us work with our insurance company and was available whenever we needed him. Lawson's flexibility, knowledge, and frequent communication made the entire process easy and painless. The work crew was always on-time, performed top-notch work, and cleaned up after the project (it was hard to tell they were even there). USA Homes Construction first repaired our roof, and we were so impressed with Nathan that we let them replace our siding, then our gutters, and do other small jobs. When I wanted a guest bathroom remodeled, I called again, and they did not disappoint. For a very reasonable price, this particular crew was extremely professional and courteous and did an excellent job replacing the bathtub with a shower stall, replacing the tile floor, re-finishing the cabinets, installing granite sinks, replacing the toilet and painting. Nathan is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend USA Homes Construction.

Words cannot due justice the high level and quality of service from USA Construction we received. They were awesome and the process of the roof replacement was painless. We were experiencing a very tough situation with our insurance company . In the fall of 2012, there was a wind storm that did some damage to our home, but the insurance company would not come out to survey the damages stating that they thought that the damage would probably not come to our deductible. By DEC 2013, the roof had started leaking though our ceilings and we had to fight to get them to come and review the damage. In the meantime, out of concern for further damage and the coming winter months, I contacted USA Construction to get a price estimate and work schedule estimate. USA Construction had done my neighbors' homes (about 4 homes) and they were all satisfied so we took a chance. He was straightforward, honest. He arrived, told us that he would replace our roof, and any damaged parts (like rotted sections) and clean our gutters and the project would take one day. He did exactly that. He stayed on time and did not deviate from it, and when we specified cleaning up, they cleaned up everything! Even better, he assisted us when we were experiencing issues with the insurance check due to the high cost. I was so apprehensive about contractors from a previous night mare with a Turkish contractor working in the Northern Virginia area but Nathan brought back our faith in contractors. This is the third time we have sought out USA Homes Construction for major projects; the first two were for a single family home in Northern Arlington which included removing and re-roofing an entire house, re-siding an addition and a garage, replacing four new windows on a garage, aluminum wrapping all trim on the house and garage, etc. Mr. Shin and his crew at USA Homes Construction are, by far, the most reasonable company in the area. We received multiple quotes for the first two projects from various companies ranging from large to mid sized to small. USA Homes Construction not only significantly beat their quotes before negotiation, but he was very reasonable in working with us throughout. USA Homes Construction not only provides the most reasonable work, but provides the best workmanship in comparison. The skill and technique necessary for some of the work provided; such as aluminum wrapping all trim, including the gable venting on a 1945 home, was unparalleled. Not only is the workmanship of the highest quality, but the products offered were similar if not superior to other materials being sold/offered by other companies in comparison. USA Homes Construction provided professional, timely, and reasonable construction times. While one quote obtained by a different service provider was estimated at two weeks of work; Mr. Shin hired an additional team member to ensure the work was completed within one week as requested. Not only was his quote for this most recent project 30% more reasonable, but it was completed in less than half the time, with the highest quality workmanship, without fail. USA Homes Construction via Mr. Shin are always immediately responsive and amenable to your needs. Within the hour you reach them via e-mail or telephone, Mr. Shin or a representative have responded to your inquiry or returned your call. They are respectful, professional, and perhaps most importantly, trustworthy. In our three projects with USA Homes Construction and in working with Mr. Shin, I have never felt as though I've been cheated by hiring them for a project. Despite what other companies offer in terms of their professionalism or workmanship, it's hard to make that claim elsewhere...particularly when you pay other companies 30% or far greater for the same scope of work (one company for the same scope of work came in at 200% more expensive). In summary, in today's economy no consumer should ever pay a service provider an unconscionable rate for service of the same or like quality of others. I can attest that USA Homes Construction are not only the most timely, responsive, and committed to full satisfaction of your project, but they will provide you a far more reasonable rate than you have obtained elsewhere for like quality, service, expertise, and professionalism. I will obviously continue to obtain multiple quotes in the future, but will always find my way back to USA Homes Construction without fail, as I have nothing but absolute faith and confidence in Mr. Shin and his crew at USA Homes Construction. They have proved themselves valuable three times over and I will continue to come back to them with all future needs in the Northern Virginia, D.C. area.

We were very pleased with the work. Nathan was in charge of the job and was very pleasant to work with. The window was custom made and installed.

The experience was good. They were good, and they did what we asked for.

We called several roofing companies when we had water stains on the ceiling after a rain storm. Nathan was the only one who came to the house the same day. He identified the problem, which had more to do with the flashing and siding than the roof. He gave us a reasonable estimate on the repair and partial replacement of siding. We were impressed with his professionalism and honesty and decided to let them replace the siding and add insulation on the entire house. They did a great job from start to finish. The siding crew was hard working, putting in long hours, and doing very good work. We noticed the attention to detail and their pride in doing it right. The job took 6 days, and each day they cleaned up meticulously. The painter who came out for the ceiling was very careful to cover all the furniture and did a very good job as well. I will definitely call on USA Homes Construction again in the future and will recommend them at every opportunity.

My roof had multiple leaks and was beyond end-of-life. I called 8 contractors on Friday July 5 and USA Home Construction was the only company that responded that day. Everyone else was on a long July 4 holiday weekend, and called me back on Monday. Nothing wrong with that, but I was impressed that these guys were working straight through. Nathan was very responsive and seemed to really want my business, which ended up making all the difference. I was considering remodeling along with roof replacement, and he recommended a remodeler, who came out the very next day, Saturday. In the end I went with roof replacement only. Nathan not only had the best price, he also threw in gutter screens and water damage repairs for free. We contracted on a Monday evening about 2 weeks later, roof shingles were delivered on Wednesday, they started work Thursday at 7am, and were done, including gutters, by Friday afternoon. Their approach is to bring in a crew of 6 and crank it out. Then on to their next job, no delays. This was a complete tear-off-and-replace job and they also fixed some existing design issues. The roof also had some warped boards, which they replaced. As an added note, I was pleased to see Nathan's hiring practices include gender equality: First time I've ever seen a woman on a roofing crew.

From the first phone call to the completion of service, USA Home Contruction provided excellent service and top-notch quality; the professionalism, responsiveness, and of Nathan (our POC through the entire process) was outstanding. Although it was a straightforward installation of a new roof and skylights, our situation was a bit complicated as we were installing the roof at the same time we were closing on the property. Nathan was more than willing to discuss details of the installation with both our real estate and our lender to make sure the process went smoothly. When our strict HOA raised issues with the new solar panel-powered attic fan, Nathan installed a new fan free of charge. I can't say enough positive things about USA Home Construction and Nathan in particular. Highly recommended!

From the day we received an estimate from Nathan to the end of the job, we received courteous and timely service. Nathan was very attentive to our needs, and was willing to work with our insurance company to gain reimbursement for some of the repairs. Each day the workers arrived on time, and Nathan would call or stop by to make sure everything was running smoothly. At the end of day, the workers thoroughly cleaned their work area and didn't leave any debris or trash behind. It seemed like the workers really took pride in their work, and it showed.

USA Home Construction was very respoinsive from the beginning and they were willing to deal with a professional engineer, which I have learned sometimes scares away other contractors because I typically research large home improvement projects and contractors. Got three bids, USA was the best price for the specified material. I did not have to hastle them regarding the more robust materials we wanted, and they met our challenge. I also happened to work for a roofer while in my early college days, so I know how to build and restore a roof. Having this knowledge was valuable when developing accurate bill of materials when seeking the bids. As it turned out, one of USA's laborer's had slipped off one of the roof trusses in the attic while removing the plastic sheeting, and damaged a small area in one of the bedroom walk-in closets. They did a wonderful repair on the damaged sheetrock ceiling; infact, one of the painters told us he had helped aint the original house we lived in! (We are the 2nd owners). We asked USA to give us a quote for inside painting for our upsatirs rooms, and so we hired them for that work too, for which they did their usual excellent wallcovering (latex paint). We have given out USA Home's business cards to our neighbors and also posted favorable comments on our neighborhood HOA website. We recommend USA Homes for roofing and painting.

Found this company on Angie's list for good ratings. The owner responded right away to the inquiry and came by the next day to review the problem. It turned out to be a very small job and we needed it done right away so he brought in a family member. They came by the next morning and did a great job quickly.

I had cedar shingles and I noticed that in the attic I could see daylight and some leaks were occurring. After reviewing several reviews on Angie's list, we had three companies provide an estimate. USA Home Construction showed up promptly on time for the estimate to be done. They provided a detailed estimate and it was about a 1/3 less than the other two estimates we received. We had to receive our homeowners approval before work could be done, but we scheduled the date to have the materials delivered and to have the shingles put on the house. The materials arrived as scheduled. The next day, as scheduled, USA Home Construction came out and removed the old shingles and replaced all of the shingles in one day! Afterwards, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Payment was done in 1/3 increments. 1/3 when we decided to use them and they ordered the materials. 1/3 after the materials were delivered but before they started on the house. Finally a 1/3 when the job was completed and we reviewed the work. It was a pleasure working with them because it was so smooth and seamless for us!

Nathin came by after completing a new roof for one of our neighbors. Everything he suggested was true, we had hail damage, boards were rotting, and we needed a new roof. Our new roo fis great. Nathin Shin was responsive, timely, and accurate. The new roof was completed the same day he said it would be, the group cleaned up the area around the house and left it the same way they found it. i would highly recommend their services.

The CEO personally worked with the insurance company, claims adjuster, Homeowners Association and supplier to insure a rapid, professional and perfect outcome. They used high quality extended warranty materials, performed the entire job in one day, and cleaned up the work sight meticulously. They came with a well deserved high rating on Angie's list.
