DOOR MEDIC INC

From the very beginning, they had problems keeping our appointments. I ordered two garage doors in the Carriage House Style, but, they delivered the wrong style windows. Because I originally wanted the doors installed by Thanksgiving, Nov. 2010, I graciously accepted the wrong styled windows anyway. When the doors were finally installed....they tell me that they forgot the decorative hardware, so I had to wait yet again. I kept calling and complaining, and they kept stalling and blowing me off. When they finally show up again to install the hardware...they not only place the hardware on the wrong door panels, but they couldn't even match up one door to the other....so, now my door hinges are mismatched, and even the door handles were placed upside-down. I again called to inform them about the situation, and they had me take pictures, which I emailed to them back in January and now it is May 22nd, 2011. Since then, I have called them on several occasions and to this day, they keep putting me off....and guess what...YOOHOO! I'm still waiting! To sum up, they are totally irresponsive, unprofessional and incompetent ! Finally, my doors have been properly done...and it only took six months!
