+ -1 moreRon was very communicative throughout the process and helped us through the quite complicated permitting process on Cedar Creek Lake. Once permitted, his crew was able to finish the work in 5 days and we were very satisfied with the end product. He also took the time to speak with our neighbors and ease any concerns and answer any questions as to the projects and impacts to their line-of-site and boat entry/exit. The feedback from the neighbors regarding their interactions during the construction process were also very positive.
Description of Work: New construction of a boathouse on Cedar Creek Lake to include boat lift, upper sitting area, and side deck.

Description of Work: Was trying to get an estimate on adding a double jet ski lift to my boathouse. Spent several months exchanging texts with long delays in between responses from them. At first, he actually asked me to go measure my water frontage and measure my existing boat house, which I reluctantly did and sent to him. After another long delay he came back and said he was 'too busy'. Total elapsed time spent trying to get an estimate was about 3 months. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not use no matter how low the price.

+ -1 moreHe was very knowledgeable. I gave him my plans and he made the necessary adjustments to allow me to get the most out of what I wanted. He completed a 2 stall boat house in 10 working days. He was very good at getting back in touch with me when I called. He handles business very well.
