Customer service was superb! Communication was exceptional from beginning to end. Sonia is an expert at scheduling every aspect of the job from the remodeling, electrician, plasterer and the painting. Everyone showed up as expected and we never had to worry about waiting on people or no shows!! Ken is a professional and expert at all things asked of him. We would highly recommend KPM to anyone who’s looking for a remodel or handyman services.

Ken is very professional and efficient. The workmanship is the best I've seen. All materials were ordered and delivered and ontime.

Ken and his wife Sonia were fantastic, they came to my house to inspect what i needed done the same day that i had reached out, and were very nice and helpful. Came back 2 days later to remove a old front door and put a new one on for me after i had hired another handyman and he completely botched it. Ken did amazing work, and you can tell her really enjoys what he does. Look forward to hiring them again one day

Definitely would hire Ken & Sonya again. It was far the best experience we have had with our home improvments. Sonya listned to all our concerns and advised we would be completely satisfied. Ken and Sonia are great pros and worked quickly and diligently to help us get back to normal following a break-in at our home. Ken repaired a door jamb and coordinated replacement of broken glass — we went from proposal to completion within two days. Ken and Sonia are great communicators, quick to react and have the tools and contacts to get the job done. I am very thankful for their work to get us back to normal so quickly.
