Description of Work: I called Day and Night plumbing on Sunday @ 1PM and left a message. It's now Monday @ 6PM and I have not received a return call. The worst part, my only toilet was clogged and unable to be used. Glad I didn't wait for him to call me back. I would have exploded.

+ -1 moreHe came the first time to look at the system and determine what he could do. He noticed the pressure regulator had been put in upside down. He also showed me how he turned up the pressure on that regulator. He also determined that I did not have the means to descale the unit (which is recommended by the company I bought it from). He came the second time and moved the pressure regulator into the correct position and added some spigots to the unit so that I could descale it as I needed. He stayed until he was sure that it worked correctly at all locations at my home. I still have some work to do in my master bath because the shower head is a low pressure type and those do not work well with tankless water heaters. But, I had the best shower that evening in a year and a half in my own home!! I would recommend Tom to all who want quality work for their plumbing. His apprentice was very good as well. When he gave me the bill I actually hugged him!
Description of Work: They helped me with my tankless water heater even though he did not normally work on them. He did a lot of research on his own to learn as much as he could about it. I had not had a good experience with my hot water for a year and a half until now! The water pressure was terrible, sometimes could not get it to light, it would go out while you were in the shower if you tried to add cold water. (DO NOT GET A TANKLESS WATER HEATER ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE WELL WATER!)
