Arrived promptly. My strike plate on the front door had fallen off. I had the plate and asked the serviceman to reinstall and adjust it. The whole task took about 10 minutes and didn't require any new hardware. The cost was $70. I think that's excessive.

Showed up early to the appointment which was very nice. Sharon and Ken were a pleasure to work with. Ken installed the locks properly the first time and made sure the locks worked and the doors closed properly.

Ken came at the appointed time, quickly assessed and corrected the problem. He also made several copies of the new keys. The locks all work well now.

This locksmith answered the phone when called; asked specific questions to diagnose our lock problem; gave a tentative estimate of time and cost by phone. We agreed to the terms and then set a specific appointment time. He came to the residence on time as scheduled and completed the requested work quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up the work site before leaving and charged exactly what we expected. We are completely satisfied with this provider's service.

Every place I called either didn't answer or wanted to charge me anywhere from $185.to$210. I explained to them that I had the blank key and the chip was fine and still they wanted a high amt so for 2 months I had use a key held on by super glue . When Angie's list gave me 3 people to called their first choice and they got back to me the next day and said they don't do auto keys . The second choice Standard key answered the phone was very helpful and charged me the correct amt. In my opinion Angie they should be your number one! Thanks for the referral Standard key Rocks!!!!!!
