+ -1 moreMy experience with them went pretty well. They were here less than 30 minutes. I was worried it was going to be a big job, but they ended up just tightening a few things. It worked out well. I actually had an emergency in this house after that and they came out very quickly and helped me. I'd use them again.
Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal to get a leak in my plumbing repaired. I only paid the price of the Big Deal. There were no extra costs.

+ -1 morePlumbing fixtrures change every few years. After three, or so, years, repair parts or identical items are not vailable at the big box stores. Foster Plumbing has been my "solution place."
Description of Work: I have used Foster Plumbing three times during 15 years to find parts for houses that are 30 or more years old. Big box stores, like Loews and Home Depot, carry parts and sizes that are usually less than three years old. Thus, Foster Plumbing has been the solution for me. In the Reading area, they are well known to the professional repair guys as well as the serious DIY'ers, not the weekenders. I have found them to be courteous, professional and extremely patient to explain what is needed, and how to solve my dilemmas. I agree with another person's assessment, that, if Foster Plumbing doesn't have it, no one has that part or fixture!
