Crum Tree Service

Came out quickly and gave me a quote. Have tried for three years to have them take care. of the trees. Have gotten promises when they would get to me but they have never come to fruition. It is excuse after excuse.

a,person came to my home looked at work to be done. Never heard from company. No estimate. Left us hanging.

I would highly recommend this company! We were so very impressed, Jamie was amazing, kept her appointments for the quote and was very knowledgable as to which trees were sick or dying and which could wait a few years. The price was much less than we had anticipated and were very pleased. The crew was timely, fast and professional. No profanity and very polite. They were careful not to damage any of the young trees which were remaining and cleaned the yard before leaving the job. If not the remaining stumps (I did not request or need stump removal) you would never know they had removed 7 trees from our property!

We had 2 large trees to be removed. One was a very large old oak hanging over the house. This tree could be reached with bucket truck. Smaller tree had to be climbed to cut down. The people showed up on time the day they said. They cut the branches/trunk to fireplace size we wanted. They chipped the smaller branches and dumped the chips where we wanted. They raked up remaining debris. They started the job immediately and didn't stop all day. They showed up the next day first thing in the morning. Very professional. I will call again (we have lots of trees) when we identify which trees need to be trimmed or removed next year.

They were hoenst and very prompt. I found them extremely helpful. The price was excellent and they made good suggestions.

Trees were taken down in tight spaces and they did great cleanup. The service was very professional.

They were excellent. They're fairly new I think. They answered me right away when I called and they came and they did their job. They took down trees and there were big, heavy trees; they took them down. They hauled some of them away. They planted trees for me. Also, I had trees to be planted. Nobody else was willing to do that for me that I spoke with, they said oh no we just cut them down. This couple they were nice, it's the husband and wife. They helped us plant our trees; they did it. I appreciated that. The trees were sitting here going into the second month and in a little basket and I didn't want them to die. I would recommend them to anybody. I told them what I want and told them, my grandchildren are coming towards the end of the week and I'd love to have the work done before they get here because they're little and I don't want them running up there and trees fall on them. Sure enough, she called me Sunday or Saturday and she said well if that times coming up, we're coming your way Monday, which they did the job. She didn't forget us. A lot of contractors are busy, and they forget people and you never know you might have to go back again. They did it in one day. I told her you're going to have to take a few days, and she said no, we're pretty quick, and she didn't lie!
