+ -1 moreI wish there was an option for zero stars. We have not had a working fireplace in years after our purchase at Bowman's. I have called Bowman's stove and patio, many times but they refuse to come out an replace the non working parts. The fireplace manufacturer leaves it up to Bowman's to fix the fireplace. They are a dishonest company. They do not service or stand behind what they sell. Spend your money at another company that has integrity and will service what they sell.
