Joel is an honest hardworking young contractor. He and his coworkers were very respectful and considerate throughout the course of their work. Genuinely concerned for our satisfaction for their workmanship. We have had an ongoing problem with roof leaks for many years, and are hoping that Joel has been successful in rectifying this problem. The true test will be our first winter storm. There are still some details that will need to be addressed and I trust that Joel will follow through as promised. I have no doubt that he will. Job took longer than anticipated, but this was partly due to my request for constructing eves to our roof. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed and would not hesitate to recruit his services again.

Joel and the Aery Roofing team did an excellent job on our home from start to finish. Joel was very responsive with an almost immediate quote soon after we first contacted him, and he was very quick to answer all of my questions after we received the quote. Aery Roofing started the job exactly when they said they would (due to the condition of our roof Joel had a team at our house the very next day after we entered into contract). Joel and his team worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, and they went above and beyond our town's building code specifications. Aery Roofing also did an excellent job on post-construction clean-up. In short, Aery Roofing treated our home like their own! To say we are satisfied with the job Joel and his crew did is a gross understatement. We do not hesitate to recommend Aery Roofing to anyone who is looking for a home improvement contractor.

Owner Joel Aery is a young, very personable roofer who needs to improve on his communication and timeliness. During the reroofing there was a big rain storm overnight. Although there was a tarp in place and Joel assured us it would be weather tight the roof leaked causing ceiling damage to 2 rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors. It was approx. 3 weeks before the damage was repaired by an associate contractor. He leaves/loses tools onsite and hires inexperienced workers. The work was dragged out too long. We had to call him back to replace broken vinyl trim and recaulk around the chimney. He means well but does not oversee the project to completion.
