After opening my pool this season, I was having a problem with the clarity of my water. On each visit to the store, the ladies were very professional and knowledgeable as they worked to help me solve my issue. They also exhibited great patience as they wrote out step by step instructions for me as to how I should add various chemicals.
When the water didn’t clear, Dylan himself came to my home to check out my pool. He immediately diagnosed the problem as being a crack within the filter. He came back the next day and replaced the broken piece and made sure the filter was running well. He then advised me how to proceed for the next several days with water testing and cleaning of the pool. Where else does one receive such personal attention?
I can’t say enough good things about the employees at Pools Plus or the owner himself! Thank you so much!
