They did an amazing job of patching a hole and resurfacing the tub, and at the last minute, too! Incredibly happy with the result.

THE TUB STARTED TO PEEL AFTER 3 MONTHS I CALLED FRANK AND HE BECAME FRANKENSTEIN. SAID HE WOULD COME ON SATURDAY AND FRIDAY HE CANCELED.SAID HE WOULD NOT COME THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALLS. THE REVIEWS WERE GREAT THE WORK AND THE WARRANTY IS NOT !!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY LESS STRESS

Super job! The technician, John (I believe) please correct me if wrong, was absolutely meticulous in his work and detail oriented. His primary concern was doing the job right. I can't thank Frank & John enough for the spectacular job. P.S. I have not been paid to say this, it's just the way I feel about Frank's work. This is my second job with them in the past 5 years.

The company is very professional and organized! My wife and I are VERY pleased with their work as well as their professionalism. They were here prior to the time they stated, which is a huge plus and they were nice enough to wait for us to get home (our appointment was for 3PM and they were at our house at 2PM). They covered our floors and the surrounding items as well as any fixtures so that no paint would get on them. The process was very smooth as well. They sanded the tub to make it smooth and even. They made sure to provide a fan near the window to blow toxic air out instead of letting it linger in the house. They made sure to clean up any left over residue and trash. They were in and out within 1 hour. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend!

It went well. He came in and did it in 3 hours. The chemicals were extremely strong. But the results were beautiful.

Sadly I feel obliged to give this company a failing grade, in contrast to all the excellent reviews they received from other customers. It was because of these reviews that I chose this company. When I called Frank, I told him that I would be out of town and he could access my apartment by calling the superintendent of my building, who would let him in my apartment. I emailed him the name, telephone number and apartment number of the super. I called Frank back and asked him if he received the email and he said yes. I know he received the email because I asked him to read it back to me. A day before I left for my trip I called Frank again and confirmed the date of the service. OK, I was now confident that when I returned from my trip I would return to a beautiful "new" bath tub. On the day of the service I received a call from Frank that his worker waited an hour for me to open the door to let him in but no one answered. Of course, no one answered. He called my home number and rang my bell when he was told to call the super and/or ring HIS bell. I asked Frank why he didn't tell his worker to do this and he refused to acknowledge that he received my email detailing this. At first, I accepted his denial of receiving the email because I wanted to have the work done while I was away and I didn't want to fight with him over the phone. I asked him to have the worker return to do the work while I was still away but he said that was impossible due to his full schedule. This was understandable so I told him I would call him again when I would be out of town again, because I didn't want to be home with all the dust and chemicals in my apartment. Moreover, I told him that I would resend the original email with the prior instructions regarding the way to access my apartment. Up until this point, despite my disappointment, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he never responded to my email. Any professional would have at least tried to apologize for any miscommunication with a customer ("the customer is always right") and move on. He did not even have the courtesy to respond to my last email. This is why I decided to give hime an "F" rating. I'm sure the work he does earns him an "A" from customers but his lack of professionalism is not acceptable. I feel genuinely sad to give him this failing grade but I feel that future customers need to know about my experience and make up their own minds about whether to hire him based on his behavior with me.

I could not be more pleased and impressed with the professionalism and quality of work of Frank and Alex. I have a 1950’s bathroom with mud walls that comprise 4 inches of concrete and tile. While the original plan was to gut the entire bathroom, my mother’s recent health problems made that impossible considering we have only one bathroom. A friend suggested reglazing and it turned out beautifully - you cannot tell it was reglazed. In fact my contractor indicated that in his opinion, Alex is an artist. From the initial contact, I found Frank extremely responsive to his customers. I highly recommend Supreme Bath Refinishing.

They were very responsive and punctual. Worker was organized and neat. He worked under extreme heat. Tub looks great, now let’s see how it holds up. Would recommend them l.

Arrived on time and even helped move some stuff tenant forgot to take out of bathroom. He cleaned up after work was finished.

I had bought the Angies list promo to get my bathtub reglazed. It is not Supreme’s fault that it was not done, but as a person with a job I found him very difficult to schedule. Every time I tried, he suggested within the next day or two- I told him I needed a few weeks to tell my work I wouldn’t be there and I gave him a day in advance that could work. Well, I must have missed his email back- there was no other communication, no confirmation- I assumed he hadn’t responded- but he called me at work to tell me his Workman was at my apartment. His tone was pretty irritated and when I told him he’d never responded - he texted me End of story.

The guy that came to do the job was right on time. Very professional. The end result is pretty amazing. The bathtub looks like a brand new tub. Some of my neighbors came to look at it and they were amazed at the transformation. It is a great solution for the budget conscious consumer looking for a cost effective improvement in the bathroom.

Had a worn out White tub that needed to be freshened up, Frank responded quickly and had one of his guys there shortly, one day later the tube is like brand new ! Awesome job guys !

It went very well. The workman was a bit delayed, but did a great job. He finished the job in about four hours and our bathtub looks brand new. He recommended an anti-slip coating for the bottom of the tub, which turned out great.

way better than I expected. not only were the guys on time, polite and very respectful of my home and protected everything thoroughly, I was SO surprised at just HOW well it came out. Looks like a brand new tub! The chips are not longer visible and they even added a no slip surface. I can't stop looking at this tub, I am truly shocked at how well refinishing can revive a sad looking tub. This service was definitely top notch. I would definitely use them again and have since referred them to friends.

Great service - excellent results. Arrived on-time, worked clean and fast, and totally cleaned up when finished. Tubs like new. Highly recommended.
