septic tank
+ -1 moreWe called Beyer again this summer when our septic alarm went off. I left a message and they never called back (it's now been a week). We called another company who fixed the problem quickly. They showed me that Beyer had never installed the riser (for which I paid $200) and installed more of the same cheap pipe I had before. The other company said it has to fix the work Beyer has done all the time.
Description of Work: We hired Beyers to address a problem we were having with septic lines leaching out into the yard. They said they would replace the pipes with a better quality pipe that would not be so susceptible to intrusion by tree and other roots, and install a riser (concrete block with pipe) so that access to the tank would be easier. Knowing nothing about this stuff, I was not even present when the work was supposedly done. BIG mistake! It turns out they did not even install the riser at all.

+ -1 moreI really liked them. They even offered to move all my plants and they made sure everything was cleaned well when they finished the job. I found them to be very honest and I trusted their service totally.
Description of Work: Beyer's took out an old septic tank and replaced it with a new 300 gallon new one. They also repaired the drain in my 1900 square foot home.
