Description of Work: They helped me select and customize a Rainbow playset that would work well for our family, all over email. The playset arrived and was installed about 3 weeks later. Great service, great quality product.

Description of Work: Purchased a Rainbow playset in 2003. Install was great. Moved playset in 2015. Found a lot of rotted wood. Alden pool walked us through warranty process and proper way to file claim. Within a month we had all the rotted wood replaced through Rainbow.

They have a good showroom indoors where the children could play while we were trying to decide and we could actually see the size and quality of their equipment and they also did what they said they would do. They were very clear about the pricing and the different options available and we had no problems with them.
Description of Work: Alden Pool & Play consulted with us on a rainbow playground system and they delivered and installed it.
