+ -1 moreThe graded lawn has lots of stones and glass pieces. The sprinkler system is not installed deep enough where the year end aerate punctured lot of pipes. There are several spots where there is no water coverage and after several attempts the areas are bald spots with no proper grass growth.

+ 4 moreThe work went very smoothly and the crew was awesome to work with. I am not the easiest client and many changer where made in design as the project progressed and they were willing and helpful in making the product exactly what we wanted. The installation of the irrigation system when well and with the conditions in our area it saved our lawn. They were also very helpful with requests like moving a lilac tree so we could save it when the patio was built.
Description of Work: Sovereign Landscaping created a 2000 sqft back patio which is the envy of everyone we know. It was a multi-tier patio with fire pit and two-tier seating wall and walkway to front of house. The price was very competitive and the final product is exactly what we wanted. Also they installed an 8 zone irrigation system in our front and back yard as well as a water line and hookup to our above ground pool area which is approximately 100 feet from house.

Description of Work: I've been using Sovereign since 2012 and would highly recommend them. Their work is top-notch and their rates are very reasonable. In addition to the standard spring/fall cleanups, mulching, weekly mowing, Sovereign also installed my 5 zone irrigation system, built a second set of stairs from my deck to my hot tub patio which they also built, and also did some low voltage landscape lighting work for me. I'm sure there is a lot more that I'm forgetting.

At that time, I really thought that my husband was trying to keep it down as cheap as they could and the owner of the company was really good about going over the different options and trying to come up with how to save us money and still being creative. I felt like he really really loved his job. There was just this real creativity and excitement in him. I definitely felt that he had the passion rather than turning up his nose since it was not a big job. It was like he enjoyed the challenge of saying, "Well, you know I have got some natural rocks that I could use and make a natural rock wall." He was really describing it and he was very good.

+ 1 moreI like the owner Juan. He is very personable and really listens to what you want, he also offers advise and goes with what is best for your needs. They can do all sorts of services, but I primarily use them for lawn maintenance. They are very accommodating.
