Just put a deposit down on a new Artesian spa. Mark and Onya we’re so easy to deal with and very professional. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. They were not pushy at all and I was very satisfied with the final price for our spa! I feel very confident they will provide excellent customer service after the sale as well! Would highly recommend them for spa purchase or service.

Went in showroom, bought unit, set up time to deliver, removed old, replaced with new. Voila.

The job went well. Since it's an outlet, they have office hours on weekends. They are only open during weekends. We drove out there and there was nobody there within the office hours. As far as installing the hot tub, it went fine. They pretty much tell you that you should call before you go out there. They save money by not keeping the office staffed all the time. Overall, they were professional and responsive.

I contacted Spa & Pool Outlet for service to repair my hot tub. Needed an air blower motor to be replaced and had to be ordered from factory. I found Mark (co-owner of Spa & Pool Outlet) to be professional, competant & very knowledgeable of his trade. Mark demands perfection of himself and is not satisfied until the job is done right.
