My problem was never resolved. They may be a good service for pests, but not for bed bugs. They came out 3 times and the problem was never fixed. There were additional charges and when I asked to speak to someone with more authority, the salesperson never had anyone call me back. Their customer service is lacking. We invested over $600 and all the woman could say to me was that they would not guarantee the total removal unless we spent even more money. I asked if there could be some lesser charge because of what I had spent and there was no response.

We have used Rose Pest Control for years for preventative services. They are very professional, thorough and have great customer service. Highly recommend.

We've used Rose services for five years, originally for a rodent infestation. We have not had any problems since they were removed. We continually use their services throughout the year to maintain a pest free home. The staff both in the office and those arriving to our home are always professional and courteous.

Service was prompt and problem was solved quickly.

Performed service quickly. I called them a few weeks later as I was still seeing high number spider webs. they scheduled it quickly and resprayed.

Mosquito service was disappointing. I contracted for June, July and August. June service was NOT applied until mid month. i requested a 1/2 month refund and was denied. When I paid for a month I expected a FULL MONTH COVERAGE.

Perfect, as usual! Tom is the BEST! Because of his kind professionalism, we have had a standing contract for both indoor and exterior services for almost 4 years. Won't ever switch as long as Tom is our guy!

Very Honest company. Worker could not find animal tracks in attic. So, he did not charge for the consultation. Instead he told me to clean away trees where animals could climb on the roof and make noise as if in the attic. I cleared away branches and I have not had an issue since. I would have them come back for another issue in an instant

Rose Pest Solutions was the ONLY company to correctly identify the wood roach that I found inside my home. Fortunately, an entomologist from Michigan State University confirmed that the Rose representative was correct. Several companies identified it as a German roach, but it very clearly didn't not have the identifying markings of the German variety. Other companies wanted to come out and spray without properly identifying the insect. I didn't need to spray anything, since it is an outdoor variety. Rose was honest and helpful. I will use them if I ever need to in the future.

He injected some chemicals on the headboard wall with carpenter bees all the way up to the ceiling seam, and we haven't seen any carpenter bees anymore and I have no complaints about their service, I was very pleased and would say that they did a very good job. I need to hire a handyman to patch up the holes that the carpenter bees had left behind but overall, everything was great with Rose Pest Solutions.

Carpenter ants are attracted to wooded areas, who knew? The things you learn when Jordan Johnsonbaugh of Rose Pest Control makes a service call. The entire Rose experience was top notch from my initial call to the results. No ants seen since Jordan left - knock on wood (pun intended).

Tech set a trap on Monday. Caught some babies on Tues and took them away, but informed my wife and me that the mother and two more babies were still in the garage (he could see them hiding and so could we). Trap was set again, but caught nothing and was removed on Friday with the possums still in the garage. Tech apologized, but said there was nothing more they could do. We paid $200 for this service and still had possums in the garage! (The office had called at one point and told us we'd have to pay another $45 a day for keeping the trap there additional time, but when my wife objected, they backed off.) So my son and I a few days later cleared out the possums' hiding place and nest ourselves (they were still there and very unhappy with us) and the next day they were gone. I was better off doing this in the first place and saving myself the $200. Seems to me that Rose could have tried this themselves, but the tech said they only set traps. If this or a similar problem arises again I will first try to solve it myself, and if that does not work, hire a different firm which will guarantee results for the fee paid.
