The iShop

It was small and kind of boutique-like. There were couple of guys in there. It was simple and young. It was probably not too much really. It was adequate and it was fine. The owner was on sight and it was nice dealing with the owner. It was done so quickly and I felt like $91 was too expensive. I shouldn’t penalize them for being done so quickly. I looked it up online as what it would cost and they were cheaper than other places. It was $141 at other places. My phone is in great shape now. The job was done in 10 minutes.

I called ahead of my visit and spoke with Ruben about possibly repairing my iPhone screen while I waited, and he said that it would be no problem and to come in at my convenience. Upon arriving I met with Ruben and he estimated that it would take 30-40 minutes to perform the repair, but he was done in half that time, which was very nice. During the repair I had time to chat with Ruben and Brittany, both of whom were pleasant and conversational about the shop, its goods and the types of services they offer. I was pleased to find out that they are willing to purchase used iPhones, which I may take them up on in the near future. It was overall a very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to return to this business. I hope I do not need another iPhone screen repair, but if I do I'll be taking my business to The iShop.

A few months ago, my daughter damaged her Iphone5. Since it was not under factory warranty and she did not have insurance, replacement of the phone was not a good option. We took the phone the IShop. I have found that customer service is often and quot;lackingand quot; in the phone stores and tech centers. This was not the case. Josh is VERY pleasant and knowledgeable. Josh replaced the screen for a fraction of the cost of a new or refurbished phone. However, the screen did develop a few issues over the course of a few months. When I returned to have the phone repaired again, it was still under warranty! No questions asked. How often does that happen at the phone stores? He also repaired the earpiece while the phone was open and did not charge for that either. I find that the professional, courteous service provided by the employees at the IShop is a breath of fresh air. Not something that is usually encountered in today's business world. I will continue to trust the IShop with all of our cellular devices, (we currently have 6), and I would recommend them to anybody that is having an issue with their device. Great service

This is my second experience with Josh and his employees at the iShop. Both have been extremely positive. Josh's and quot;can-doand quot; attitude coupled with really outstanding customer interaction and service is clearly evident throughout his staff as well. The are friendly, competent and responsive to needs. And, they really know what they're doing and are willing to stand behind their work. One of the iPhone screens that I had repaired failed after about 3 months (dead spot developed). There was no hesitation by the iShop personnel about replacing it and there was also no charge...something that frankly, I didn't expect. They are an excellent company to do business with and my go-to guys for anything to do with iPhones/iPads/iPods that need service.
