The beauty of A Absolute is that they came the same day as my call!! My Daughter was moving into a house and it was found that the refrig was broke. They came by day's end (a Saturday!) and quickly fixed it! Awesome response and great price. We have finally found our Go To Appliance man! We will be using them for our house and our rentals. Thanks Jim (owner) and Bob ( technician:)

Called A Absolute Appliance and talked to Roger. Explained my situation and got me a same day appointment after 5pm. Jim came and was very professional and explained everything to me. He concluded that the compressor was not longer functioning. In his professional opinion based on the age and the ability to get the parts, he recommended buying a new refrigerator. Overall very professional and nice. I could tell he felt bad when he said the compressor was no longer working. Absolutely would recommend them and use them again in the future.

We had a 1 1/2 year old top of the line Whirlpool stainless steel microwave hood combo. The handle came loose from the door. The attaching screw was burried inside the door. I called A Absolute and they quoted $79 to come for a service call. The tech arrived the next day as scheduled. He spent about 45 minutes removing the door and taking it apart. The door was multiple layers snap fit together.With it apart he found a plastic boss holding the mounting screw had cracked. Whirlpool supplies a metal clip to substitute for the plastic boss. (It must be a known problem.) He installed the clip and reassembled the door. Overall it took a little over an hour in total. The total charge was $79 as quoted. He said if he had relaced the door, the door itself is $200. I was impressesed with his knowledge and honesty. The charge was very reasonable.

I had used the sevice of A Absolute long ago (sometime in 2008) when my dishwasher door had gotten stuck and I couldn't open it. Jim was very professional and since he found out the problem was very trivial (my 4 yr. old toddler had stuck a piece of plastic in its door) and so had charged us $50 as part of service call, which seemed reasonable. Was happy with his professional attitude and hence when my washer broke called him again. This time he came with another person who was under his training and diagonised the problem with the washer and fixed it. He also made some general recomendations for the appliances' optimal performance. He was also courteous enough to call and keep us informed if he was running late.

Gas dryer was getting noisier. We called the service provider, A Absolute Appliance Repair, and they showed up promptly. The technician was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Said he will come back in a couple of days with a replacement part. Came back promptly and repaired the dryer. He was quick and efficient. I think the technician name is Mutt, or is it Matt?

Prompt return phone call. Prompt service. Friendly and honest repair man.

While other service providers were not available, A Absolute Appliance Repair made the time to fit us in. Although it was not an emergency repair it was nice to have prompt service. No mess, no hidden costs, no surprises. Very cut and dry.

We set the appointment for 5 o'clock and when my husband got home, the repair man was already here, which was really nice. He was extremely knowledgable and professional.

They weren't able to make the original time. Called to extend or reschedule. I chose to reschedule. Prompt. Upon arrival quickly assessed the problem. Installation error, that the technician fixed.

I contacted A Absolute Appliance earlier today & spoke with Jim the owner. He was very courteous & explained that unfortunately all his techs were out on other service calls however they could certainly accomodate me tomorrow (3/25). Honestly I didn't expect them to be available today, Later in the afternoon Jim contacted me asking if a technicican could arrive within 30 minutes. I WAS THRILLED! The technician arrived within 15 minutes, assessed the problem, took apart the machine & replaced the broken plastic coupler. He informed me of the cost & I was thrilled. Now it's back to doing the laundry!

Outstanding Service!!! I woke up this morning to a pool of water at the base of the refrigerator. After determining it was something that required repair I began a search for a reputable provider. After my wife and I read a view reviews we decided to use A Absolute Appliance Repair since all their reviews we positive. I called and left a message for them before their normal working hours. Jim called me back almost immediately. After explaining the problem we set a time range for a repair. Jim arrived promptly and immediately was able to determine the problem. Since I also had a problem with my stove he looked at it and was able to fix it too in a matter of moments. I even had a question about my lower dish washer rack that he was able to help me with. Jim provided outstanding service and was highly friendly and professional. As a retired military member I even received a discount. What I figure would have cost me at least $200-$300 elsewhere at a minimum only cost me $155. What a great deal! Everything about A Absolute Appliance Repair was so positive that I highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again.

Matt worked quickly and efficiently diagnosing and repairing the problem. In addition, he cleaned behind and under the dryer years worth accumulation of dust bunnies. After putting dryer back in its place, he swept up the floor, leaving everything clean in its place.He was very pleasant and went quickly to work. I would definitely used this company again for large appliance repair.

We have actually used Jim to fix a couple of different appliances. He came through the home warranty company the first time, but I called him on my own the second time. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the major appliances in the home and he is willing to give you all kinds of valuable information if you engage him. He has tons of experience with all ranges of appliances from builder grade to luxury. He fixed our washer the first time and gave me some tips to keep the washer and dryer working well so we don't waste money replacing them too soon. This year, he fixed our dishwasher and ran some cleaner through it. He told me about the cleaner and how to get it. It helps keep the dishwasher working well and extends the life of it. We are in the market for a kitchen renovation and it was great to talk to Jim about the appliances. He had great tips about where to spend our money. He obviously knows which ones tend to break down and which ones last. Jim seems very honest and his prices are quite reasonable. We have had no issues since his repairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of appliance repair and I will not hesitate to call him again when we need a repair.
