+ 0 moreThey had a guy that was specifically for piano. He was excellent. We have 2 grandfather clocks and he also packed them up so they were safe. And crated a marble top for a dresser. He was very professional and very good. The rest of the people were okay. They just dumped the stuff in storage. It was not well done. Some of the stuff was not well wrapped or packed. It was very, very hot in Florida so there was damage to some of the furniture by setting a piece of plastic on it. If I was standing right there, they packed well. They did some packing too. They packed up my electronics. They didn't even use the box for my flat screen television, didn't wrap it or anything. They just put it in the storage.
Description of Work: Haynes moved me from my house in Milton Florida to storage in Milton Florida.

When I told the lady who answered the phone what I needed she came up with a solution that avoided the usual hourly charge for two men and a truck since no truck was needed. The two men arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, knowledgable and did exactly what I needed - moving a very large sofa from the back of the house to the front and some large loungers from front to back.
Description of Work: Sent two men to move some furniture around inside our home.

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend Haynes. They were prompt to respond to my questions and request for a quote. They were the most reasonably priced in the area, without any hidden fees or surcharges. Our move included an upright piano, and they didn't have any extra charge for that - it was just based on how much time it took. The crew showed up on time and they were friendly, professional, and careful with our things. I would definitely use them again, although hopefully we'll never move again!
Description of Work: We moved from a 1900 sqft house to a 3200 sqft house, about 10 miles away. Our move included a house bursting to the gills with things, and an upright piano. We boxed everything ourselves and needed Haynes to take care of the loading, transporting, and unloading. We had them place all of the boxes in the garage for us to sort out later (saved us time and thus money), and only place the furniture inside the house.

+ -1 moreEnjoyable if that's possible when moving an entire house and family! Everything went as estimated and planned! Everyone was happy and could not find anything wrong, amazing service and professionalism.
Description of Work: Haynes Van and Storage moved us from Stuart,Fl to Orlando, Fl. This was a full house move pack and move. They estimated it exactly at 11,000 pounds and the contract was not to exceed. The crew leader Rodney and crew Sedrick and Darin showed up exactly when they said and where extreay professional. The entire process from packing the boxes and loading the truck went so smoothly! No games, extra charges, tricks or unprofessional tactics ever of occurred! Everything was documented, logged and loaded in a organized manner that was documented to a T. After the truck was loaded Rodney the truck driver showed us the weight of the truck prior to loading from the weight station. When we arrived in Orlando they unloaded everything in the proper rooms, assembled the beds, moved all the boxes of clothes upstairs. Our piano was wrapped in moving blankets as was all the furniture. All the china and crystal was perfect nothing was broken. After everything was crossed off the list Rodney showed us the weight ticket after the truck was packed with our stuff. The entire process was actually enjoyable. Nothing was broken or missing!
