Description of Work: Bates roofing was supposed to come and give me an estimate. I made sure we were home at the specified time, and waited hours, but they never showed up. I called the next day, no answer. I left multiple voice mails, again no return call or response what so ever. I am really quite peeved at the lack of professionalism.

+ -1 moreEverything went GREAT! My husband and I are very pleased with the job. Mr. Bates and his workers did an excellent job - very professional! It turned out beautifully! We just cannot say enough good about the owner, Wayne Bates, and his crew. I will say that they went above and beyond our expectations in every way. One thing we found out is that they not only do roofing but are able to do carpentry as well so that is a real plus! I will say that we had terrible weather but they worked around it the best they could, always putting safety first, and still were able to complete the job in a very timely manner. We are very happy with the result!
Description of Work: Installed a metal roof on our home and shed.
