Couldn't be more pleased with the level of support provided by Ideal Irrigation. The owner Bob has worked on both of our homes in Palm Beach county and has done terrific work. Very responsive, dependable and i know that his pricing is competitive. He also got very creative and resolved an issue with the sprinklers hitting our newly installed driveway (he used drip line to make sure the grass got moisture without the driveway getting rust stains from the sprinkler overspray). All things considered, no reason I would go to anyone else for my irrigation needs.

They checked all the sprinkler heads and replaced 3 for us.

He was very professional, honest and courteous and followed through with what was needed and added extra care with his thoughtfulness and problem solving skills. He even replaced the landscape lighting timer for me at no charge.

The owner was doing a job nearby and he stopped at my place. He was hear about an hour. 7 heads in the irrigation system weren't working properly and he replaced them. Hopefully, the extra water use will stop now. He's going to help tap in to a canal near my home to help reduce my water bills. I'm very pleased with his work, especially being in a neighborhood I'm not very familiar with at this time. He did excellent job and the price was very reasonable.

This company was referred by my landscaper. My irrigation system was not functioning properly. The pump was not pulling water from the lake behind my home. I contacted owner, Bob Edwards in January, to schedule service, but due to my family circumstances I needed to cancel. Still, Bob initiated a call to me about a week later to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Due to continuing situation (illness), I put him off. I called him again in February and he scheduled a time to look at my system. He ran the system, attempted to prime the input line, monitored line to lake and theorized the problem was likely in the check valve. He pulled the line from the lake, and found the check valve was stuck open by foreign object. He removed object, re-installed the line and got the system to work. He spent about 45 minutes overall. He asked me to wait 24-hours, and try the system again to be sure the problem had been isolated. I tried the system the next day, and the system failed to work. I called Bob, and he came out the next day, manually primed the line (with my garden hose), and got the system to work again (he theorized that there may have been a remaining fragment of the foreign object that was stuck at the check valve). He was at my home for about 15 minutes on this second visit and refused my offer to pay for his time. My system has worked perfectly ever since. This is an honest contractor who knows his trade very well. He's also a smart businessman who understands how to generate repeat business. I highly recommend him.

He will do his best to fix the problem. He will only replace something if it needs to be. He will work with me. We will discuss what needs to be changed on the sprinkler system. He really helps us a lot to stay afloat as an association and keeping our lawns green. He is very personable and gives an amazing level of service.
