Very well. They removed a big tree that was in close proximity to 2 other trees. Removed all debris. Excellent job.

Don & crew removed a large (4' diameter stump) Sylvester Palm from my front yard, where I will re-sod. They took the tree down & removed it with no damage to my lawn, taking great care to keep heavy equipment off the grass as much as possible. They ground the stump well below grade, made clean edges around the perimeter, and cleaned up the mess thoroughly & completely. Don responded immediately to my initial contact and he did the job two days later, all for a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for a more positive experience.

I had 4 widow makers in my front trees from Sally and Zeta. They came by and gave me a quote. They were able to do it today and they even found numerous other large branches that were also split but had not broke that they took down. A total of 10 in all by my count. They chipped the debris up and even blew down the sidewalk and driveway. I am very satisfied and will use again. I highly recommend this company for your tree work.

Everything went smoothly from communication and quote to the work done, which was done quickly and well. They did a great job on all the work in our yard and we would use Tree Works Plus again.

Don is a man of his word! He is prompt, does an excellent job and cleans up afterwards. He climbs the trees himself, using a rope system to lower the tree branches.

I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Don Hurd with Tree Works Plus called next morning then came out that afternoon after work and assessed situation and priority level, was able to work us in next afternoon. Him and crew had to manually climb, cut, and drop tree without any damage to structures or fencing. Had stump ground and did cleanup within 2 hours. I had peace of mind that evening. He was great. Very direct and clear with suggestions which I appreciate but with a helpful spirit. Extremely tidy. Cleaned behind himself perfectly. I gave a B on responsiveness only because he took a week or two to call. Once we discussed and made a plan though he was very great and called, texted, etc. I would say he is worth the wait. There is a reason he is busy. He brought a good team.

Wonderfully. One hundred percent guarantee was fully met. Workers were totally professional. Many of the trees were very tall and had not been trimmed or cleaned in close to a decade but look great now.

Don was very professional, honest, and takes great pride with his work. There was very good communication among us and gave appropriate feedback when needed. His crew and he did a tremendous amount of work per hour, and was able to accomplish the stated goal in the allotted time. Keep in mind that Don is the owner of this company and does all the major work including "manually" cutting the pine trees. His skill is a rare breed as most tree companies use heavy equipment to accomplish this painstaking task. Once on the ground, each tree is manually cut into several pieces for transportation to a forklift outside of the house carrying them in bulk to the truck. As a result of this careful and meticulous attention to detail, our narrow wooden gate did not have to be uprooted from the ground and disassembled. The lawn and ground remained intact without obvious signs of wear and tear. The entire job was a work of art! Would definitely hire again.

I got a quote right away. I only had to wait a couple of weeks to get the service done. He could have come out earlier, but I wasn't availabe and in the summer weather can always set you back a few extra days. Don keep me updated. After he finished the work he wanted me to check it all out to make sure I was happy with the result. Which I am! I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Very professional from quote to finish. I appreciate the quick response times. Emails and phone calls were always replied to within 24 hours, but more often than not it was within a few hours. Striaght forward quote and completed the work as stated. The crew was very punctual and efficient. They arrived on time, finished the work same day and cleaned up everything after the fact. My house is on a lake, and there is a steep slope going down to the bank. There were over 10 stumps, some big some small right at the waters edge at the end of the steep slope. I had checked with another company first, and they wanted over $1200 to remove them. After finding the deal on Angies List for Tree Works Plus, I called them and the owner of the company came out that week to take a look. At first it seemed like it might be too much, as there was a lot of overgrowth, and all the stumps were at the bottom of a steep grade at the edge of the lake. I explained that I was planning on building a seawall and needed the stumps removed before I could start. Don Hurd the owner, then agreed to do the work and even offered to come out the following Saturday so that I could be home and make sure they did everything to my satisfaction. The work was fantastic, and took less time than I anticipated. The owner Don was very nice during the entire process, and made sure that I was happy with the results and I was. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Don arrived promptly with his crew at the appointed time. The above job was completed and debris removed in about 2 hours. During the process the cables to the TV satellite dish were accidentally severed when grinding a stump. Don was a prior electrical electrician and offered to repair the cables for us, but we could that ourselves. On a side note, I was getting another satellite provider in 6 days and the cables would be taken out at that time anyway. The next day I received a follow-up email from Don verifying we had fixed the cables. He wanted us know that if we needed help he would be here. No one I know gives service like that anymore. I am very pleased with the results of Tree Works Plus, Inc. and I will use them again in the future if needed.
