Ruthie's Busy Bee Cleaning

Ruthie committed to the job. Set the date to start, so I did not call the others on my list. She took my address. Sounded excited about the job, so I had no reason to believe that days later when I could have had someone else hired she just did not show up. No phone call. Such unprofessionalism. I would have no reason to put my trust in a person who knew she was leaving me on a Thursday without help after I had waited since Tuesday for her commitment to start the job. Especially when I had other candidates for the job and now she has placed me closer to the Holidays, which everyone knows people book up fast. Not reliable and obviously lied to me sadly.

very well, arrived on time, worked very hard removing old water stains from basins, removed own trash and bags. got a discount even though work performed was above basic service.

She is very honest and conscientious. I can't say enough good things about her. She is thorough and reasonably priced. She would do any little thing we needed done, not just cleaning but also some sewing and other projects.
