Kevin and his crew performed miscellaneous repairs around our property including repairing ten fence posts and two gate repairs, as well as installation of gate rollers. Installed weather stripping on front doors and garage door. Replacement of garage door remote. Also trimming of palm trees and removal of underbrush and pepper tree. Stucco repaired on chimney. Very happy with the quality of his work.

Kevin did an excellent install of my TV and associated stereo equipment.

FANTASTIC! Kevin was helpful and made excellent suggestions. He was exceptionally responsive-- johnny-on-the-spot; he helped me when I really needed help. I met him at Home Depot (I paid for the supplies), he brought the wood to my home and went at it. He did an excellent job shuttering my entire home. His pricing was very reasonable. I will hire him for other work I need completed around here.

AWFUL He installed and painted the french doors but left while the paint was drying and the doors were not closed until dry. After drying I closed the doors and they were totally out of line doors would not lock and a huge crack at top of door, I have had to fill it in with newspaper to keep the bugs out. Kevin has not returned in more then 3 weeks, he has used every excuse in the books including the one about loosing his cell phone with all his contacts. He got paid the $500 and he's not coming back and I will have to pay someone else to do the same job he has already done wrong and been paid for.

Very well. Was always there when he said he would be. Knows how to do any job. Fair in price. A real life saver. Need to be in my place by a certain time and because of him and his crew will make this happen. It's holiday time and no one available. He surely is a blessing and will be relying on his service in future. Will definitely recommend . ??

As a desperate measure I call Kevin. I called Kevin and as luck would have it he was finishing a job not to far from us. When I explain that I didn't need a whole house inspection, but just someone to diagnose the cause of the water damage and that I didn't know who to call or what to do about it. He said he would stop by on his way home. A very friendly man who found the problem using his equipment in about 15 minutes, and then refused any payment whatsoever.

He is from Cocoa, Florida. He is excellent. He has actually done work for me when he has thrown free things for me. He did a $3400 job for me on a house that two renters totally racked and he did wok on a rental, people moved out and he split my bill up so that it is stuff I need to pay and stuff that they need to pay. He does everything you ask. He does it on time. He does it right. He is not ridiculously priced. He is an excellent handymen. He goes above and beyond.
