We wanted paper removal and painting for three rooms in our Florida condo. Paul responded very promptly to our request for a quote. He seemed very professional and had many good suggestions. He was going to email a quote. When we did not receive it after several days we called and were advised that he would resend it. When we still didn't receive it we called again and asked him to either drop it off at the condo or mail it to our home address in Ohio. We had told him to use our land line, but he repeatedly called our cell phone which we don't use frequently. Therefore, we missed his call which was made about a week after we got home. Later we recontacted Paul asking if he was still interested in doing the work. He said he would either email or mail a copy of the quote. We never received it and have now made other arrangements.

Everything went as planned. The Contractor always showed up as scheduled and returned all my calls. He also had all the answers to my many questions on how the work would be performed. I would highly recommend using this contractor. He did a great job on what I needed to have done.
