The team at NRG Pros came to my rescue. Their attention to the details and their exceptional customer service was much appreciated. And that attention was from the workers on the roof to the VP who made several visits to my home to make sure everything was going well. You won't be disappointed...call them today!

NRG Pros was recommended by my neighbor and she was right! Managers were friendly and efficient, crews were too, even during the hot spell we just had. Prices were reasonable, definitely good value. My new roof looks good and I’m confident it will last longer than me. (p.s. it’s a good idea to put a tarp down to catch whatever falls off the edge, even tho it’s not a lot. experience is what you get right after you needed it.)

Professional, high quality service and product.

We got a notice from our insurance company mid-January that we needed to get a new roof by March, right in the middle of the rainy season! NRG was able to get someone out right away to give us a competitively priced estimate and go over everything in detail. Everything and everyone we dealt with, from the estimate process to the completed work was professional and high quality. I would highly recommend NRG!

This is an amazing company from start to finish. Very responsive, easy to work with, respectful and very clean! Roofing can be a really messy job and these guys were CLEAN! I have an old school terra-cotta tile and they matched it perfectly. They repaired old broken tiles, re-papered where it was needed and prepped the entire roof for solar. They installed a matching composition shingle in every area where my solar company was going to install their panels and it came out PERFECT! You can not see the composition roof and the solar panels look like they are recessed in the roof giving it that flush mounted look. Honestly, i don't write reviews, I'm too busy...I have four kids and full time work and home projects. I am just so impressed that I could not not write a review for this company. Oh! and they also changed all my vents to a low profile vent that looks like a tile so you can't even see where the roof vents are, simply AMAZING! I highly recommend this roofing company!

You want to know how my experience went, well then let me tell you. Absolutely Incredible! I love them! Savers of life! From Quality's Worst to NRG Pros first! So Not A Comparison, their work is stellar...It was better than I could have ever imagined! We were obviously in need of roof repairs and Quality's First just happened to be in the neighborhood going door-to-door. We allowed them to come to our home and take up over an hour of our time with everything going on. There spill was lengthy and ended in a quote tripled the amount charged for the same square footage home but of course in a different zip code (95818). But I digress, the point of this review is to Hail the King of Roofs, NRG Pros! Picture it, Sacramento 2020, Pandemic Times. In walks the owner tall, bald and debonair, he had us at hello. Frustrated with prior dealings, he came in like Superman to save the day. He put his cape on and sent his crew out and they came to the door like a dream. Exactly on time and professional they arrived with stealthy ninja like workers who stepped lightly and worked in silence. They worked simultaneously with the painters and the tree guys, it was like a ballet! Our home was transformed just in time for the rain. And when we thought we noticed a small drip on our pearly white brand new gutters that they just installed, Corry the Magnificent was there in a flash checking the gutters, and just like that, the drip was gone. Turns out there was no drip, we just wanted to see the crew again ;-) Best experience ever! He said it was a dirty job, but somebody had to do it. So, if you are ever in need of a roof repair, or you just want to witness the dimpled Superman at work, call out the best and forget the rest, my bros The NRG Pros! We actually had two roofs! Tile and shake.. they took care of everything so we didn’t have to worry. The team was great! I would recommend them. Very professional.

Poor workmanship, missed dry-rote,nails through drip edge,nails hammered 🔨 back up through overhangs and now tiles lifting ,new vents painted with paint brush along with new tiles not a good look.

i have been in construction for 50 years a retired general superintendent. this crew IS awesome i recommend them 100% quick response to my add for pricing, the price was very fair, they left the project clean and i will use again on future projects thanks

They responded quickly and were able to troubleshoot the issue and repair my issue with my solar system.

Jesse at NRG responded to our initial inquiry within 24 hours of our outreach to get information on cost and general information. He scheduled an appointment to come out and take a look at our roof that same week. He was on time and very pleasant to deal with. He did not pressure us and was very transparent about the process and costs. Once we decided to proceed with the job, NRG set everything up and was able to coordinate funding to pay for the costs. They made it very easy for us and the work & quality is excellent. I highly recommend NRG for roofing needs and would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Working with NRG Pros was everything you hope working with a small business would be. They were knowledgeable, punctual, professional and flexible. They were always responsive and looking for ways to help even though our project was not the biggest (we had 6 windows replaced). Cannot recommend this company highly enough and am looking forward to working with them in the future.

First of all I have never wrote a review for anyone and didn’t plan on it, but I had to write one for Ron Waldon of NRG Pros. From the first day I called to get an estimate to my last phone call with him; nothing but professionalism. When I called to get an estimate he was able to pull up my location (I guess via google earth) and tell me my square footage without me telling him. He came out and explained everything in detail. He itemized everything he was going to do, the cost of material and labor, he broke it down in layman’s terms with me and made sure I understood. I actually knew when he left I was going to use his company but I told him I had to do my due diligence and get a few more estimates. He encouraged me to do so and told me the things to ask the other companies. Needless to say, two never called back and the other one came over, took measurements and later sent me the estimate...not itemized! He said he doesn’t do that. So I guess I’m supposed to pay him and not know where my money is going except in his pocket...wth?! I could go on and on about NRG Pros but I’m just going to end by saying, do yourself a favor and just call, you’ll see. NRG Pros are the Truth!

Everything about this experience was great! Each person I talked with was friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. I always knew when the crew would arrive and what work they would be doing each day. The finished product is beautiful! A few unforeseen problems were found under the old roof, but everything was corrected and made even better without extra charges. One price covered everything. Amazing!

Great! NRG-Pros crew was outstanding! Prompt and Professional response to short notice call for roof leak repair, great quality of work, and left no trace afterward. Very impressive team! NRG Pros worked over the weekend to repair light weight roof tiles that were damaged during a solar install by another company. NRG Pros worked on the roof replacing all broken tiles without breaking a single tile!

NRG added solar to our house and it went quicker than I expected. We wanted to be operating in 2019 to get the federal tax deduction before it was reduced in 2020. We signed the contract in early October and were operating the first week of December. The installation was completed in just one day. No issues with permitting.

VERY WELL- EXCEPT 2 DAYS OF RAIN IN SEPTEMBER!

Basically very well. The owner, Jesse, is extremely accessible and gave a great presentation. Any time I had a question or issue I called him and he answered immediately. There was a little delay with the measuring of the windows and the installation date, but the windows are great and the installation team was professional and got them installed in one day. I would recommend them. They are a relatively new company and the owner is working really hard to ensure satisfaction.

It was great. They were on time, they did it quickly and correctly.
