I like the fact they close up to your door, there's just hoses and nozzles in your house and they move your furniture to do the job and leave. They get to you within a week of you calling. I'm going to use them very soon.

Never having wood flooring before, I used products that were recommended to me or had seen on TV. After using these products, my dog would walk (or run) across the floor and leave horrible white scratches. Not knowing any better, I would try and cover them with more and more product. What she was scratching was the build-up of these products and not the wood. I call Laws to order Bona Polish remover and was told that they would be happy to order it for me but that it probably would not work. I was told that they did have a service where they would come in and with a chemical and squeegee machine, should be able to remove all the build up products and return my wood flooring to the original condition. I figured what the heck, the floors were basically ruined anyway. James came out and looked at the floor and did a test on it to see if the products could be removed. Thank goodness it could! James and his crew came out yesterday morning and 3 hours later my floor looks BEAUTIFUL!!!! And all the places I thought my dog had scratched, NOTHING!!!! James gave me a lesson in the proper way to keep my floor looking as great as it does now. I recommend Law Flooring 100% and plan on having them come and do some tile work for me in the near future. I recommend this wood floor service to anyone that has made the same mistake I did!! Thank you so much Laws!!

The rug that I bought from them had a hole in it the size of a fist. I will never use them again.

Recently we purchased a home. The Jack and Jill bedrooms upstairs were terribly stained. We had come to the conclusion that we needed to pull the carpets up and have them completely replaced or try having them professionally cleaned. We made the call to Laws Flooring and the next day they were at the house cleaning carpets! It only took their cleaning crew an hour and a half. I couldn't believe the transformation that was made to our home in such a short time. All the stains were gone and the carpet was like new. The workers were very informative about the type of flooring and life expectancy of our flooring. Laws Flooring is a wonderful business that does amazing, quality work and I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. The price was wonderful and the quality was excellent! Saved us thousands. We will definitely turn to them for all our carpet cleaning needs. Additionally, Laws will receive our business when it comes time to replace our flooring and carpet.
