+ -1 moreThis was not the first time I hired them. The first time I was not happy with their customer service but figured since they fixed the problem I would use them again. Well, this time they did not fix the problem and the customer service was even worse. The entire time they were impolite, in a hurry, unwilling to listen to what I was telling them, bickering among themselves, and just unpleasant. At one point they told me to hurry up and make a decision or they were leaving. So I'm hiring someone else to come and fix the problem I hired them to fix.
Description of Work: I called them to evaluate a leak on the side of the slab by a bathroom. They told me it was a leak in my A/C drain (which to be fair was leaking) but I explained to them it was not the source of the leak I was asking about because the water from the A/C drain was being collected prior and the water on the slab would not dry. They insisted it was the problem and fixed the A/C drain. They also fixed a leaky shower head while there.

+ -1 moreCalled off Angie's list - told a crew was a few blocks away and could arrive within 30-45 minutes. Surveyed the situation on arrival (HWH) and quickly sourced replacement equipment. Add-on chore of connecting a drain for a recently re-located utility sink and previously unconnected hose bibb was also included. All was back in business within three hours. Great responsiveness and pusuit of solution.
Description of Work: Replaced a hot watyer heater, relocated a utility sink drain and connected an orphan hose bibb.

+ -1 moreExtremely friendly and professional. Only spent a total of 3 hours from the time I called them, the time they came out, replaced the valves and gave me the bill. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
