Description of Work: We bought a tankless water heater less than a year ago. Our experience then was good. However, the water heater quit last Monday. When I called on Monday at 4pm. The receptionist said all the service crew had left for the day. Their posted hours are until 5pm. I live 15 minutes from their office. The service man was at my home for 1 hour and 5 minutes (camera verifies this). The service man was on the phone with the manufacturer for 20 minutes because he had no training on this heater. He also didn't have a part on hand. He told me that he bent some rods, as directed by the manufacturer. This he said was a temporary fix until the part came in on Thursday or Friday. In the meantime, he forgot to put a gasket back on, and the water heater leaked all week and weekend. On Monday, I finally heard back from them. The part arrived. They arrived, replaced the part. Admitted he forgot to put a gasket back on. Gave me a bill for 3 hours work - $345. They were here less than 30 minutes today. I am very upset. I told the technician that I didn't think he was here for 2 hours last week. He argued that he was. I have camera proof that it was 1 hour and 5 minutes. I was charged for an hour today. They were here closer to 20 minutes. I don't feel I should be charged for today at all. It is not my fault they don't keep spare parts on hand for products they sell and service. I have called the business to register my complaint. I am expecting a call back from them. I'll update this complaint if I am able to after the phone call.

Description of Work: provided emergency plumbing repair to broken pipe that was gushing water inside and out.

Description of Work: I had a gas leak in my house, and Persons Service Company put in some new piping for me to fix it. They had a to cut through a brick foundation in order to do the work.
