    I upgraded my 5 years old laptop to this ASUS and before doing that I did quite a lot of online research. And I can not be happier. This device is fast, like really fast! I like the screen which produces very low levels of reflection, the (illuminated) keyboard has a satisfying “click” and travel, I love the metallic finish of the device and it’s very light to travel with. Overall completely happy. Only downside (being really picky) is that trackpad feels somehow “cheap” when clicking it… I mean, the device looks and feels so premium but the track pad feels like from another device… anyhow it works beautifully. Not a reason to complain. I absolutely recommend this lovely machine.

    Comes pre-installed with endless ASUS nagware, malware, and possible spyware.
    Most annoyingly, ASUS ScreenXpert launches and superimposed an icon in the lower right hand of the screen. No methods will disable it. Actually, if you uninstall if via Windows settings the OS somehow launches the Microsoft Store app and page to install ScreenExpert. Every time you move your cursor. Unbelievable. Worst PC experience ever. I will never buy another ASUS product.

    When I purchased this item, I thought that it would be a great fit for me, but it wasn't. Can't get the touch pad to function correctly, can't close out any files or even try to save them. I know that it is too late to return, but I will have to purchase another one but from a different supplier.

    Came with Microsoft start, and it would run processes, apps, advertisement on the background without my consent. Tried to enable task manager to shut it down, did not worked with the short cut hot keys, could not look up task manager at all. Won't let me turn off Microsoft manager. As a Linux user this was so inefficient, and invasive on privacy. Returned it right away.
