If an item gets built, when will I be charged?
Your payment method will be charged when the item ships. If the item doesn't reach its pre-order goal or you cancel your order before it ships, you will not be charged.
How long does an item have to reach its pre-order goal?
In order to be built, an item must reach its pre-order goal within 30 days.
Can customers order a Day 1 Editions concept after the 30-day timeframe?
There may be an option to purchase select devices at full price after the 30-day campaign, but supplies are limited.
What happens if an item doesn’t reach its pre-order goal?
If an item doesn't reach its pre-order goal—it won't be built and you won't be charged.
How can I check on the status of an item I pre-ordered?
You can find the item in Your Orders and click through to the product page to see the status.
If an item gets built, when will I get it?
Please check the concept's page for estimated start shipping dates. We will also email you when your order has shipped.
What happens if I change my mind after I pre-order an item?
You are free to cancel your pre-order before the item ships.
