Q. What if I have multiple Alexa News users in my household and we each prefer different news providers?
A. You can setup
Alexa Profiles so everyone in your household gets their preferred provider when they ask for the news. Create a profile by saying “Alexa, get to know me” or in the Alexa app by tapping
More, selecting
Settings, and tapping
Your Profile & Family. Make sure each profile includes a
Voice ID by following the prompts in the Alexa app or by saying, “Alexa, learn my voice.” From there, everyone can set their preferred news provider in
News Settings of the Alexa app or by saying, “Alexa, play the news.” Once this is complete, when each person in your household says “play the news” their preferred news provider will play.
