So far I have had this whoop for a month, I really do like it. A little disappointed that it doesn’t track the amount of steps you take in a day. I like how it tracks my sleep so I have definitely improved my sleep since having the whoop, which has helped my energy through the day. Helps me prioritize. What work out I’m gonna do each day depending on what my recovery looks like for that day. It fits nicely on my wrist very comfortable to wear all day long. It is waterproof so that’s great.

When activating the watch, the you go through the set up process and the WHOOP app does not recognize that you bought it from Amazon and that you get 12 months free subscription and so even with the serial number that I put in it still said like one month subscription so I will be charged next month like a four $239 which on the listing it shows it includes one year of membership so trying to figure out of my doing something wrong or what happened but I think it is extremely unclear and that’s something that WHOOP needs to address. It should have an activation code or some type of QR code or something that will allow the profile or the set up process to recognize that you got it from Amazon and that you should get a free year as advertised instead of like you know not being clear with information so It’s very frustrating to not be able to take out the box and then try to get it all set up and then it’s saying oh I’ll give us your credit card because we want to charge you next month for the whole price of the van again and not sure if I missed something I don’t think I did. I looked in the box or no activation codes or anything like that so I think WHOOP needs to be clear When they have this listing on Amazon and it’s not what happens when you the band.

If you take the time to go through the app, learn everything and take it seriously, this is an amazing health tracker! It's easy to understand, the heart monitor works well, and the data you recieve from sleep is awesome. This just makes you want to do better everyday in whatever it is that you do. The battery life is just fine, it's easy to just charge the battery pack it comes with and slide it on your wristband, let it charge for a couple hours and that's it. Mine lasted from Monday to Friday. Make sure to charge it for a couple of hours before you first use it.

For me it’s pretty great. I’m focusing more on my fitness and the Apple Watch doesn’t even compare. My band charged fast and last a lot longer than my watch did. It tracks a lot more especially with sleep. It does have a 12 months subscription and I like that because it really allows me to try it out. You can extend your membership whenever you want and I like that you can pay yearly. I know the reviews are mixed but I’m glad I bought this!

I’ve been using the Whoop Band for a few months now, and while it has some impressive features, there are a few areas where it falls short for me.

Pros:

Detailed Health Metrics: The Whoop Band provides in-depth insights into heart rate variability (HRV), sleep patterns, and recovery. This data is quite useful for understanding how my body responds to workouts and rest.

Das wirklich Einzige was mich daran stört ist das Stoffband was nach dem Duschen oder Schwimmen noch relativ lange nass ist. Aber selbst dafür gibt es mittlerweile Kautschuk Bänder auf der Whoop Website.
