Winner for me!
Had it with my oat milk & for once I can tolerate a shake! Was easy to drink because it was good. I’m not a sweets person so i am extremely picky with these weight loss drinks & this one passed the taste test! I’m already full and I have yet to finish.Now to see if it will help with losing weight...

The French Vanilla is delicious!! I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, throw in 3-4 ice cubes and a few strawberries or blueberries, blend it until it's a very satisfying and thick shake. It's only my first week in this stuff, so we'll see how things pan out. I do notice it makes me feel full for several hours which helps cut down on snacking. Good stuff!
