    A good leader is a good follower, this is the maxim that I have followed ever since. As time went by, this maxim is not enough and there are skills that needs to be developed to become a great leader. Most of the skills listed here, I have learned through experience. Still, I have much to improve on as a leader and this book is very timely as I accepted a new responsibility in our volunteer team as a leader. It’s been awhile since I’ve lead a group because I’ve only been leading my kids these past years. Some skills, tips and how to provided are a challenge for me to improve on like good networking skills. I hope to have the author expound more on skills 13-25 if ever this book gets a revised edition.
