good to see you used the ACP logo instead of the overdone H&S. One slight technical thing, the circle of stars seems a bit ovalish to the right making the logo look off centered.
Yeah, I was going to use the H&S, but I couldn't make it look right without no longer being American, so I just went with the CPUSA logo, which is much more American and looks right. The circle of stars looks fine to me, but maybe I'll take another look. Thanks
I've never actually seen any flags with the CPUSA logo. They're all usually just the current flag, but with the Soviet H&S replacing the white stars and blue field
one easy way (assuming you use something that allowed layers) is to make a half transparent circle shape in a layer over it. cleaned it for you:

otherwise, you could assume that the fascists united the various national parties of the commonwealth to form a sort of "Fascist Union of British Realms" so that each national flag is based on the symbol of the local party (Canadian unity party's torch, BUF's lightning for the UK, etc..) instead of a single one for all.
Hmm, perhaps remove the fasces? But I agree that yours are plausible where the Union Flag is given up in that it would be a simple modification: UF + overlying symbol

What we want are more western proletariat symbols so yes to cog but no to sickle.

Looks kind of Chinese. Not that that's a bad thing, of course, but I would suggest getting rid of the blue
Nice, though I think i'd change the brown shading/stroke to another colour, and apply it more consistently. Your red star seems to be slightly to far up inside the gold one, too.
