Slow cooker scalloped potatoes and ham is a big hit in my house, especially with my kids. If you have leftover ham and like creamy potatoes, you'll love this simple recipe!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Place sliced potatoes into the slow cooker. Mix shredded cheese, ham, and onion together in a bowl. Add to potatoes in the slow cooker; mix well.

  3. Stir condensed soup and water together in the bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over potato mixture.

  4. Cook on High until potatoes are tender, about 4 hours.
