Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 4 cups fresh cut up vegetables (broccoli, celery, bell peppers, carrots)

  • 1 ¾ cups chicken broth (such as Swanson Chicken Broth or Swanson Certified Organic Chicken Broth or Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Bring vegetables, broth, and garlic to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover, and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain vegetables well in a colander.

Recipe Tips:

Ingredient Note: For the cut up vegetables, use a combination of broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, sliced carrots, and sliced celery.

Note: Swanson seasoned chicken broth with roasted garlic is no longer available. Campbell's Kitchen has modified this recipe with chicken broth to deliver the same great dish you enjoyed.
