After the payment process is completed, the report will be delivered within 12 to 24 working hours if it is readily available or off-the-shelf, following a quality check. In the case of a custom report, delivery will occur within the timeline promised by any of our representatives. The report will be provided in PDF, Excel, PPT, or Cloud Access format, depending on the license ordered by the client, and sent to the client's email address upon receipt of payment. 

If the client opts for hard copies, they will be responsible for covering delivery charges, which vary based on the client’s location. Allied Market Research is not responsible for any damage or poor condition of the report upon receipt; the publisher will decide if a replacement will be provided at no extra cost. 

Allied Market Research offers two types of reports: syndicated and customized. Syndicated reports contain data, statistics, and information according to our standard Table of Contents (TOC) format. Customized reports are developed based on the specific requirements of the client. For clients requiring customized reports, the client must agree to the customized TOC before making the final payment. Once this agreement is made, Allied Market Research will begin working on your requirements and deliver the report in the formats you have already paid for. 

Please note that after finalizing the TOC for customized requirements, the report will be delivered within the agreed timeline. However, any additional requirements after finalization will incur extra costs, which the client will need to pay according to the added requirements.
