The public curiosity for how President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump would perform during CNN’s presidential debate drew plenty of eyeballs to the cable networks. All three outlets finished saw month-to-month ratings increases during primetime for the month of June. Naturally, CNN was the biggest beneficiary, with the June 27 debate becoming the highest-rated program in its 44-year history.
Meanwhile, Fox News remained the most-watched network claiming 12 out of the top 15 spots in total viewers and 14 out of the top 15 in the advertiser-coveted Adults 25-54 demo.
