Data in transit

Data integrity is protected with HTTPS via TLS and Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS).

Data at rest

Critical customer data is encrypted using AES256, and access is controlled.

Backups

Adjust has redundant servers, and backups are taken per region and continuously.

Data retention

All customer data is deleted from our database within 60 days post-contract termination.

Network security

Layered controls safeguard the confidentiality, availability and integrity of our customers’ data in transmission. All network traffic exchanged with customers is protected with HTTPS via TLS 1.2.

Operations security

We constantly monitor the availability, the reliability, and the security of our production systems, acting fast when issues arise.

System security

Both our servers and workstations are regularly outfitted with security updates and internal security controls. Our system configurations are consistently maintained and documented.

Application layer security

Our development team follows OWASP secure coding practices for our custom-built software. We also physically separate the database instances from application servers to further avoid security risks.

Logging

Adjust utilizes logging extensively to monitor activities in production and to investigate security events. Logs are collected in real­-time over secure channels to a centralized logging service.

Penetration testing

Penetration tests are a pillar of our vulnerability management process. Our servers, network, and our web application undergo regular external assessments to remediate potential vulnerabilities.
